Very Good Scanner
I have used a lot of scanners for my on line business and I really like this one. For the price you just can't beat it. Very easy to use and the results are great. I do a lot of pictures and have also done some docs and still been happy with the results. So many scanners these days are a part of combo products (fax - copier - scanner). As a stand alone scanner I prefer this over everything else I have. Jane
Nice little scanner
I just recieved my scanner yesterday. I bought it to replace an older HP scanner that wasn't compatible with Vista.
I unboxed the scanner and followed the directions to install it. Restarted the computer and plugged it in. It worked fine right away. Luckily, unlike another reviewer, I had no problems installing on the Vista operating system (on a Gateway laptop).
Others have mentioned that the scanner is slow. I haven't really noticed that, but my old scanner was pretty darn slow. This one is faster than that one, that's for sure.
The quality of the scans looks pretty good so far.
I really like the fact that the scanner runs on USB power. It is also very lightweight, which makes it easy to hook up to the laptop when I need it.
All in all, I'm very pleased. For the price this is a good scanner.

Very easy to install and user friendly with excellent results.
Good price - excellent value for money.
Slim and compact.
